WARNING: We do limit the number of vendors in any category (trainers, sitters, etc) so register early to ensure availability!
Our standard booth space is a 10x10 area that includes a table, two chairs & and 8 foot backwall. A standard space has a neighboring vendor on either side.
A corner space is also 10x10, with table, chairs & backwall, but is open to two lanes of foot traffic. This is considered a premium space.
We also offer shared space, discounts for double booths, endcaps and islands and more.
Our booth pricing starts at our lowest rates, and increases as the event gets closer. The earlier you register, the more you save. Our pricing tiers are:
1. Introductory rates/week of show rate: only valid a week after a show happens or a new show is announced.
2. Super early-bird rate: ends 9 months prior the show.
3. Early-bird rate: ends 60 days prior to the show.
4. Standard rates: valid as long as booths are available.
We also offer discounts for artists, crafters, sole-proprietors, handmade products and non-profits.
Rescues & shelters exhibit free.
